The young girl that gets the orders is very rude. Cuts me off and says," if you let me finish!".If she let me talk, she would know I did call before going in just to make sure ALL my prescriptions were ready. And they said all but one. I get there and 1 is ready. This happens ALL THE TIME. Been going there for over 12 years and it just doesn't get better. Then I commented that I also put the order in on the app. She says the app has nothing to do with us. I just laughed. It's comical. Ok so why do you have that app then?

No complaints. They pick up the phone quickly, usually line & wait times are short (or not at all), nice employees, no issues with filling my scripts. All you could ask for, really. Feel bad for all these negative reviews because they are so much better than the Walgreens I used to go to.

I have had to call this pharmacy EVERY TIME they receive a prescription from my doctor before they will actually get around to filling it. The last straw was learning today that a prescription I absolutely have to have - and was supposed to be filled yesterday - is not filled, they don’t have the medication and no idea when they’ll have it. And they “forgot” to call me and tell me this. They claim short staff, but this has been going on for months. Don’t bother even considering this pharmacy. Go elsewhere. They are terrible.

The staff has became so rude recent years . The guy I talked to today made me felt like it’s illegal to ask any questions. They also made a huge mistake . The drug I was about to pick up was $98 copay. I questioned it but they seem to be confident about the copay . I just ordered online from cvs , it’s $31 . Will not use this pharmacy

I have never been treated so poorly by a "medical professional" at any pharmacy, ever. Chris, the angry staff member i had the displeasure of dealing with today, was outright shouting at me because he disagreed with me as a provider, suggesting outrageous alternatives to the safe regimen i was prescribing. He was attempting to obstruct proper medical care, and treating the patient (in acute crisis) and myself like trash. Unbelievably poor customer service.
