My experience at Walgreens in Seattle was unfortunately quite uncomfortable. While I understand this location was one of the few stores open on Easter, which likely contributed to higher traffic, the overall environment felt chaotic and not well managed. Inside the store, there were a couple of individuals who appeared to be under the influence, behaving erratically in the aisles, which made the shopping experience uneasy. Store security did not seem to actively address the situation. Additionally, the store itself appeared somewhat dirty, and many sections were locked—presumably for theft prevention—which made it difficult to access basic items without assistance. Getting help was also challenging, as there didn’t seem to be enough staff available. Combined with the long lines and limited accessibility to products, it made for a frustrating visit. Outside the store, there was also a group of loud individuals gathered, which further added to the discomfort. That said, I do want to highlight that the two employees working at the register were polite, respectful, and clearly doing their best to help everyone despite the situation. Their professionalism was appreciated. I appreciate that the store was open when many others were closed, but overall, the experience felt disorganized and not very welcoming.

Two stories with pharmacy upstairs. Escalator going up did not work, elevator was blocked off by products for whatever reason. Shelves need a restock. Don't even get me started on how high the prices were. The 2 rating was for the solid stock of cold meds. Weird the store needed security at the front door.

I think they are understaffed as i only saw 1 staff upstairs and i had to wait for a bit to be helped. I was looking for Genacol and sadly they dont carry it

Came in for some medicine and wound up stocking up on a bunch of office supplies and other fun trinkets. When reviewing the receipt later that day I noticed I was double charged for a $15 item. Almost assumed that fixing the issue would take more time than it would be worth, but when I came back after my work shift ended, Trust handled the issue quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Trust!

I was VERY impressed with the exceptional service provided by Rosie and Matt at this Walgreens. I had been remiss in picking up a small photo book by over three months. Rosie guided me with a friendly smile and caring manner to Matt who went to extremes to find my order. Kudos to these kind and caring professional staffers
