The cashiers at this location are super nice and very helpful. The people working in the pharmacy should take a few lessons from the cashiers because the customer service is practically none existent. I tried to use a discount code for a prescription and the lady said "you dont want to use that, its cheaper with your insurance", my insurance didn't cover any parts of the cost btw! It was a busy day and I got the feeling she simply didn't want to void the transaction and start over. Could have save $32 on 1 prescription if she would have used the code. Not only that, the ladies in the pharmacy are just not pleasant. When you smile and say hello they look at you like you are an alien or something, like......its not a trick question just a simple hello geez!! 🙄

Visited in person. At 9:05 the manager came out and said they will open soon. They are listed as open at 9am on Mondays through Friday. With no ETA of when the soon will be I left. it is 11:52am and I am still on hold on the phone trying to reach them. The prescription was filled for different brand than what was prescribed and what I prefer. Brought this up last time politely was met with an eye roll and told to wait for 20 minutes. And then they filled it with right brand. We have jobs to go too time is valuable. What is this? You are costing people time and wellbeing.

This location is always so slow. It took over 30 minutes to fill a prescription requested the day before. Only for them to then tell me they’re out of stock. There are so many people in the back, it truly makes no sense

GREAT 4 COUPONS💰/DISCOUNTS!! CASH 💰 💙💚Love the atmosphere inside the store 🏪, out🏆🏆side is a bit messy cuz people abuse the alley & don't clean up after themselves (makes 0 sense 2 draw attention 2 them popping/trashing the place? But whatever 🤷‍♂️) 🏂🏂🏂 Like being able to zoom in & out of the store ASAP, staff ⚕️ is always cool, they just need more people on the Registers!! But yeah thats basically it, I like being a member of their rewards/coupon deals!!! Its 1 of my favorite local go+to stores! I hope they eventually get like a bike rack/scooter parking area & even an Amazon delivery box unit thing, THAT would be awesome 2 be able 2 rack up points parking 🅿️ in designated LIME/Byrd zones 🚧 (it's in the apps for both that you can rack up bus/train discounts 4 parking in their special places 4 the scooters/e-bikes! Anyways, MERRY CHRISTMASS 🎄🎄🎄 & happy 🎉 news 📰 years!! 🗓️ 🌎
