I had an outstanding experience with one of the pharmacists, Callie, and truly cannot thank her enough. I was in a stressful situation trying to get a time-sensitive medication, and they went far above and beyond what I expected. They personally called multiple pharmacies to track it down for me, kept me updated throughout the process, and treated me with so much kindness and urgency. It’s rare to come across someone so compassionate, proactive, and genuinely dedicated to helping people. Her effort made a huge difference for me, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism they showed. This level of customer service deserves to be recognized.

Went to the pharmacy three separate times over three days. They told me they didn’t have my prescription ready but it would be ready in 30 minutes each of the first 2 days. The third day they said 10 minutes. Never once was it ready. Made me be late to a work meeting because allocating over an hour to walk less than 15 minutes there and back and get my prescription wasn’t enough. Again, even though I went in person the two days before.

This pharmacy has easily been the worst I’ve ever worked with. They have given me the wrong amount of medication for a refill, they’ve sent prescriptions that aren’t mine to my account, they “forget” to refill prescriptions, and most recently I received an email that a prescription I transferred was received and the medication would be available next day. I went to pick it up 2 days later and they had no record of the prescription/transfer & refused to call the other pharmacy to get it sorted out- mind you this is a prescription that is vital for the diagnosis it treats. I’ve called multiple times and either been on hold for 45+ minutes or just get hung up on. I know it’s convenient for the area but I would strongly suggest finding another pharmacy if you’re able.

Avoid at all costs! They almost gave someone else my medication and literally ran after them to check! Total clown show. I went three different times to get my prescription and still only 1 of 2 was ready as some error occurred and had to wait another 10 minutes after I had waited hours, when I was told it would only take 30 minutes. This is six hours after it had been sent in. Nobody answers the phone despite the system making several different attempts on hold. It’s convenient, but not worth your health and sanity!

This pharmacy is weeks behind schedule, the line is usually 15 people long, and it is impossible to get through on the phone. Either you hang up or wait for hours until closing time to be disconnected. The staff is usually nice, however.
