The employees try and be as helpful as possible, but in the 10 minutes I was here, there were a group of preteen boys visibly shoplifting, and then 5 more outside bullying one of the gang. All of the aisles are pretty much locked up needing employee assistance to retrieve any item. This location seems like the Wild Wild West and Walgreens has obviously given up on it even though the employees themselves are doing their best.

Avoid this pharmacy. Communication is impossible as they do not answer the phone (they actually hang up so it stops ringing), forcing you to show up in person only to be told to come back later. Even with doctor approval, they don't automatically refill prescriptions. Most concerning was the pharmacist. During my vaccination, he acted erratically, was unnecessarily aggressive. He slammed the needle into my arm without any care or professionalism. While the rest of the staff is friendly, this individual is a safety risk. Based on other reviews, this is a recurring pattern that needs to be investigated immediately.

I had 2 horrible experiences here and immediately switched pharmacies: 1. Learned I had a severe wasp allergy. My doctor left a voicemail with my prescription for an epipen and meds to relieve the swelling. But the pharmacist/tech outright REFUSED to check the voicemails for my prescription even though I had visible swelling/pain. I eventually had to bother my doctor to call while I was at Walgreens and the tech was hesitant to answer the phone even then. I couldn’t believe the level of unprofessionalism. 2. My dog contracted a tick-borne infection and the vet didn’t have the antiobiotics on hand so they called in a prescription to Walgreens. The quote that Walgreens gave me for 1-month of antibiotics was $1,700!!!! I called my vet and they said this was ridiculous. They re-routed the prescription to CVS and it ended up costing $22. TL;DR - Avoid this Walgreens Pharmacy at all costs.

If you are looking to go into a sad Walgreens where EVERYTHING is locked up and the staff could care less then this is your spot. In a neighborhood where the average rent is almost $3000 a month they have let the thieves run over the business instead of hiring security. They will no longer be getting any of my money, protect your neighborhood.

Poor communication upfront and with prescription notifications. As a result your prescriptions may be delayed several business days to weeks.
