The worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had BY FAR. I had been in the ER overnight for severe dehydration and extreme nausea. So in ROUGH shape. By 7am the hospital had sent my prescription to this pharmacy. Just before 1pm I called to check to see if it was ready and it wasn’t but they said it would be that afternoon. So around 3:20 I get to the pharmacy and still not ready so they asked me to wait. I waited OVER AN HOUR and eventually went to the window again to see what was going on. They didn’t even have the medication in stock. They should have told me on the phone when I called and they definitely shouldn’t have had me waiting AN HOUR for nothing as I’m struggling to sit upright because I’m so dizzy. How long would I have been waiting for nothing had I not gone back to the counter? They had no apologies. Just shuffled me off to a pharmacy that did have it in stock that I had to walk .8 miles to. The absolute worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Especially from medical professionals. Will absolutely never go back.

Trash pharmacy, terrible customer service. Called in to check on my prescription progress and it’s been a week and no response. This whole week I have been out of medication. Finally decided to call in and waited for 3 hours!!! Even after the automatic voice queue says there is only one person in front of me, I still waited for more than 2 hours!!! I waited for more than 3 hours until the pharmacy closed for the day and nothing! This is absolutely outrageous. Not even a polite “hey we are busy please hold”, just complete no response. There is no excuse and the only explanation is that they are unprofessional and slacking off at work. I don’t believe the understaff excuse because I remember walking in before and seeing the person at the counter just chilling doing nothing.

0 if possible. Don’t bother calling, they won’t answer the phone anyways. I dropped off my prescription last week, after many attempted phone calls, I went to pick it up yesterday and was informed they LOST the prescription. She took my information down and said she would reach out to my doctor…. And then she asked me who my doctor was, didn’t have any of my information, asked ME what the prescription was for and how to contact the doctor to get a new one sent over?? Don’t waste your time here

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. There is one woman in particular who works the customer service line at the pharmacy who is one of the meanest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Rude every time we spoke, never gave clarification, raised her voice at me unprovoked and spoke to me like I was stupid. I’ve used her Walgreens for years but I’ll never come back now, I immediately switched to qfc. I work customer service too and I know it’s hard to deal with customers but she is beyond acceptable. 0 stars.

If I could give zero stars I would. Literally worst pharmacy ever. Was on hold for 2 HOURS with no response. Good luck getting your life saving medicine in a timely manner. It'd be faster to fly to another state and get covered than to get a prescription here.
